People Want to Know About I-Doser!
I wrote an article a while back on the service I-Doser, an iTunes like website that sells audio tracks that are supposed to alter the users state of consciousness. These tracks are said to make the listener feel as though they are on a certain type of drug using a concept known as binaural beats. Since I posted the entry, I have recieved close to 30 google hits a day on the key word, as well as related terms. If you want to know more about the service, go ahead and read the article I wrote by clicking the link at the beginning of the article. What I want to hear is if this service works! All you people coming over from Google, please leave some kind of feedback as to how the site works. If I don’t get some input soon, I might have to actually try the tracks for myself. The idea of it scares me but if people want to know about it, then I am willing to do it.

ive tried the cocaine, pot, and quick happy ones…i’ve used real weed and cocaine in the past and i can say that what i’m getting is like 60% of the effects of the real drugs. it’s very mild. it hints at a similar feeling to the drugs but it’s not like the real thing by any means. i know it’s not psychosematic because i’ve had lots of “use dreams” since i stopped doing coke and the highs i’ve gotten in those dreams were way better than the ones i’ve gotten off i-doser. still though, if you don’t have any drugs on you like, and you’re in an airplane or something, it could be cool to have on your ipod or whatever, because like i said it does do something to you (well, me) and that something is worth the listen. you should try it, it won’t do anything bad to you, it’s seriously mild shit. i haven’t tried the hallucination ones though.
I have tried the program many times and at first I was more than a little nervous about it. After trying the mild ones and feeling nothing I tried a few “intense” ones and the only thing that I have found the program capable of doing is making you lay down and not watch TV for a period of time which inevitably makes us think about our lives while listening to static…in other words, meditation for beginners. Of course the company claims that I’m one of those people can’t be manipulated by the sounds…
Love the blog man.
ok, well, i have not tried it yet, and im still not sure of its safe use, but i have had direct reports from people who tried it, at my school, 2 students i knew did the insomnia one, in idoser, and it effectively knocked them both out at 2 minutes(putting them to sleep, obviously, not some extreme just WHAM thing) and one of them tried it when he wasn’t even tired, and it worked. they both reported it took around 2 to 5 minutes, as well as another kid i knew did french toast, which is used to keep you up, like coffee, and he reported he couldn’t fall asleep till an hour after he usually went to sleep, 10 oclock, and he took it at 7, so the effect for all of them was there, and i personally have come to the conclusion that though it may not work that well for some people and sometimes not at all for some people, for the majority it DOES work
i’ve trried extcasy and marijuana ones.
and they certainly worked for me.
i was sitting in class today,
and of course bored as fuck, so i just started to listen to the extcasy one, and after i listened to it, my friend lisa’s face start to like, mush together, and so did my teachers, it was really freaky, but i liked it
just like to say
props to whoever thought of this i-doser shit
i dont know how u came up with a way to get kids to pay u to listen to static for 30 minutes straight, but it’s genius
mad respect
Wow. It seems pretty cool, some ppl told me about it, and it’s all "trippy" and such. I’ve tried weed and coke and I’m sceptical to see what this is really like. Too bad i can’t afford it =/
if you wanna send it to me that’d be chill. m3nta1yd1sturb3d = my AIM
I have tried the morphine and opium ones. Although I have not tried these drugs in real life, the i-doser definately did something to me. While I was laying in bed (on the morphine one) i got a heavy numbing sensation along with chills throughout my body. The opium seemed a bit stronger, and with the same effect, but it was a sense of tingling numbness throughout my limbs. It also felt as if I were floating and it put me to sleep very comfortably (i woke up more rested than i have ever been). I am still in the process of trying more of these, but for all of you skeptics, I believe in this program. While it may not have the exact effects of the drugs it promises, it definately will do something to you (or, at least, to me).
I tryed the marijuana and cocaine ones and they don’t do anything except annoy you. I also noticed that it wouldn’t let me submit an experience which makes me wonder if the whole “testimonials” where all the kids say how great it is is just made up…I dunno though. But yeah, it doesn’t work at all, it’s just static. I guess they’re hoping to give a placebo effect or something. Total scam.
